Where do I fly into?
Denver International Airport (DEN)
Where is the hotel in relation to the airport?
The Grand Hyatt Denver is approximately a 30-minute drive from the airport.
How do I get from the airport to the Hyatt?
The hotel does not provide a shuttle. Uber/Lyft is available. There is a light rail station downtown, at 17th and California. Also, ZCF is working on transportation options. So make sure to reach out to Angie if you are interested in joining a group transportation option.
What is the attire for the conference?
Casual: think going out to dinner attire. Not t-shirts and shorts but business attire is not necessary. Be comfortable!
Are kids allowed to attend?
No kids are allowed at conference.
Am I expected to go to every session?
We anticipate that will want to get your money’s worth and will attend all sessions that we have put together for you.
Where do I check into the conference?
Once at the hotel, registration will be on the same floor as the hotel lobby. We will be in the Mt Sopris area, which sits just behind the hotel lobby bar.
How do I book my hotel?
The link to book your rooms is on the website. ZCF will not book your hotel rooms this year, you must book your rooms. Please reach out to Angie Kelly (angie.kelly@ziggiscoffee.com) if you are having trouble.
Are there other things to do in the area?
Denver has many, many great options. Please utilize Visit Denver (https://www.denver.org/) to find out all the happenings in Denver. Remember, we are planning some great options for Thursday night, so you do not have to find something to do on your own. But, if you want to arrive early or stay after conference – Visit Denver has many great options.
