How much does it cost to bring a guest with me to the conference?

All attendees and guests are priced at the same value.

Will registration be available on-site during the conference?

Yes- We will have on-site badge printing available for registered and non-registered attendees to use.

Can I get a ticket refund?

Yes- Simply contact flyutah@utah.gov to reach the event organizers. We ask that you please make sure to explain why you will no longer be attending the event.

I want to sponsor. What are my payment options?

A check can be made payable to the “State of Utah Department of Transportation”. Please indicate on the check that the contribution is for the “Utah Aeronautics Conference”.

If you would like to pay with a credit card, please call the UDOT Comptroller’s Office at (801)965-4034 to pay.Please provide information regarding which sponsorship opportunity you are paying for.

I have special dietary requirements. Can you accommodate me?

Gluten-free and vegetarian food options will be available during all meals. Please ensure you pick up a dietary restriction ticket from the registration booth when you arrive for the conference as you will need to show this to your table server.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Business-casual is our recommendation.

Where can I find information about the event agenda and program?

This information will not be shared until a few months out to the event date. Go to utahaero.com/contact to subscribe to our marketing emails and stay updated on any and all new information about the conference!

Is there single-day registration available for the multi-day event?

No, you will need to register for the entire event.

Are there any CEU credits offered for attending this event?

Many of our breakout and training sessions will be offering CEU credits. A breakdown of sessions will be available a few months out to the event date.

Can I attend the career fair even though I am not a student?

All attendees are welcome to attend the career fair. Whether you are looking into possibly changing your career within the industry or trying to get a feel for what the industry has to offer, you will not want to miss this! There will be professionals in attendance that can assist in career mapping and resume building exercises. One-on-one interviews will be available with some of the organizations who will have a booth at the fair. Updates regarding which organizations will be at the fair will be made available overtime on the website and through our recurring emails.
