How much does it cost to bring a guest with me to the conference?
All attendees and guests are priced at the same value.
Will registration be available on-site during the conference?
Yes- We will have on-site badge printing available for registered and non-registered attendees to use.
Can I get a ticket refund?
Yes- Simply contact flyutah@utah.gov to reach the event organizers. We ask that you please make sure to explain why you will no longer be attending the event.
I want to partner but can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method?
A check can be sent to the Utah Department of Transportation. This payment method allows partners to avoid the 4.95% credit card processing fee. Reach out to the event organizers at flyutah@utah.gov to receive the partnership agreement form. After that has been filled out, they will send you an invoice with the proper address to mail your check to.
I have special dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?
Gluten-free and vegetarian food options will be available as long as you specify these needs in your registration.
Is there a dress code for the event?
Business-casual is our recommendation.
