The Smilist Dental is hosting the Inaugural 2023 Doctor’s Summit: “Igniting Growth. Empowering Excellence”. on January 21 – 22, 2023, in New York City. Our premier Doctors and Specialists will have opportunities to advance their clinical skills through CE courses and network with colleagues and vendors throughout the weekend.

The theme of our 2-day event is Igniting Growth. Empowering Excellence. Doctors will receive Continuing Education that will further their growth and ability to provide excellent patient care. This event will also provide ample opportunities to network with peers and colleagues, meet with vendors and sponsors and hear from executive leadership.

What is the registration deadline?
The registration deadline is Friday, December 2, 2022.
What is the dress code?
The event dress code is business casual for the conference and cocktail attire for Saturday night’s dinner and entertainment.
Can I bring a guest to the event?
If you bring a guest to the event, they must be 18+ years of age. Your guest will be welcome to join our Saturday night festivities which will take place after the Saturday night dinner. All courses, sessions and other meals are for Smilist Doctors and team members only. Guests are not permitted to attend these portions of the event.
What are the parking accommodations?
The hotel provides parking at a garage associated with the hotel. If you decide to drive and park your car, parking fees will be reimbursed per our expense policy.
What is the closest subway stop to the hotel (if I am taking public transportation to the event)?
The closest subway stop is Times Sq 42 St, at which the N R Q W, 1, 2, 3 7 and Shuttle to Grand Central. The Port Authority Bus Station, Penn Station and Grand Central Terminal are a short subway or taxi ride away from the hotel.
Are all meals and accommodations complementary for the weekend?
All meals during the event are complimentary as is Saturday night hotel accommodations. If attendees would like to arrive earlier or stay longer (Friday night or Sunday night), they may do so at their own expense. Attendees will be able to procure our lower, event rate for those nights at the hotel. Attendees will also need to provide a credit card for any incidental charges.
What time is the hotel check in?
Hotel check in at the Marriot Marquis is 4pm.
Will I be reimbursed for travel or transportation expenses?
Yes, per our expense policy, we will reimburse doctors for their transportation expenses (train, tolls, parking) to the event.
