The theme of our 2-day event is Igniting Growth. Empowering Excellence. Doctors will receive Continuing Education that will further their growth and ability to provide excellent patient care. This event will also provide ample opportunities to network with peers and colleagues, meet with vendors and sponsors and hear from executive leadership.

What is the registration deadline?

The registration deadline is Friday, December 16, 2022.

Where is the event taking place?

The Doctors Summit will be held at the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square located at 1535
Broadway, New York, NY 10036 on the 7th floor.

When is vendor set-up and breakdown?

Vendor set-up is Saturday, January 21, from 9 – 11 AM and breakdown is on Saturday, January 21,
from 3 – 5 PM. All vendors will receive a six foot table space for exhibition.

Where can I send my materials for exhibiting at the Summit?

If your sponsorship package includes SWAG for our giftbag or a leaflet at registration, please send
those materials to The Smilist Management c/o Heather Dall’Aste or Annette Martino, 40 Cutter Mill
Road, Suite 500, Great Neck, NY 10021, by Friday, January 13, 2023.

For all other exhibition materials, they will need to be shipped directly to the Marriott prior to onsite
arrival. We will provide more detailed instructions about this via email prior to the event.

What parts of the event can vendors attend?

Vendors are welcome to attend breakfast on Saturday, January 21 and Sunday, January 22, as well
as the vendor lunch and Saturday night festivities at 9 PM. All courses, sessions and other meals
are for Smilist Doctors and team members only.

Are all meals and accommodations complimentary for the weekend?

All meals during the event are complimentary and accommodations are at the vendors expense. However, we will book the rooms under our hotel block, which is at a reduced rate to what the hotel would offer you for the nights.

What are the parking accommodations?

The hotel provides parking at a garage associated with the hotel.

What is the closest airport to the hotel?

The closest airports are either LaGuardia (LGA) or John F. Kennedy International (JFK).

What is the closest subway stop to the hotel (if I am taking public transportation to the event)?

The closest subway stop is Times Sq 42 St, at which the N R Q W, 1, 2, 3 7 and Shuttle to Grand
Central. The Port Authority Bus Station, Penn Station and Grand Central Terminal are a short
subway or taxi ride away from the hotel.

What time is the hotel check in?

Hotel check in at the Marriott Marquis is 4 PM.
