"Krista is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Services and Office Leasing for Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s corporate office in Virginia Beach. She began her commercial real estate career in 2001. She primarily focuses on office leasing, investment sales, and corporate real estate services.
As a lifelong resident of Virginia Beach, Krista has in depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market. Krista represents both tenants and property owners throughout the Southeastern Virginia market. She currently leases a portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet of office space in Hampton Roads with owners ranging from REIT’s to individual local developers. This portfolio consists of large blocks of Class A office space centrally located in the Town Center of Virginia Beach and Class B and C office in suburban areas of Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Suffolk. Krista also works with tenants to assist them in their search for new premises. She represents both buyers and sellers in the acquisition and/or disposition of office and freestanding retail buildings throughout the market.

"Ashley joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in June of 2015. Within the brokerage division, Ashley specializes in office and medical sales and leasing transactions. Professor Robert M. McNab currently serves as the Director of the Dragas Center for Economic Analysis and Policy in the Strome College of Business at Old Dominion University. He is a member of the Joint Advisory Board of Economists for the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s Survey of Professional Forecasters. Dr. McNab has worked on issues related to the allocation of public resources in more than 30 countries as well as all levels of government in the United States. Professor McNab has appeared in the Associated Press, CNN, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Yahoo News, Yahoo Finance, Richmond Times-Dispatch, Virginian Pilot, and Daily Press as well as television and radio throughout Virginia. Dr. McNab joined the faculty of the Department of Economics in the Strome College of Business of Old Dominion University in July 2016 and previously was a member of the faculty of the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California from 2000 to 2016.

"As Senior Vice President at Divaris Real Estate, Erica specializes in the sale and leasing of real estate throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Erica joined the DRE’s retail team in 2004 from Ernst & Young LLP in Atlanta where she held positions in Mergers & Acquisitions and Transaction Advisory Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.
On behalf of landlords and developers, Erica is responsible for pre-development and leasing of mixed-use town centers, power centers, and lifestyle centers, such as The Town Center of Virginia Beach, The Village at Valley Forge in King of Prussia, PA, Marketplace at Tech Center in Newport News, VA and 5th Street Station in Charlottesville, VA.
Since joining The Town Center of Virginia Beach’s retail leasing team in the construction of its second phase, Erica has brought over 40 retailers to the project. The fifth phase of the project opened in the Summer 2018 and the project now spans over 17-city blocks.
As a part of the Marketplace at Tech Center team, she helped bring many first-to-the-market national retailers to Hampton Roads, such as BJ Brewhouse, Café Rio, Mellow Mushroom, Nothing Bundt Cakes, First Watch, and Zoe’s Kitchen.
