Krista is Senior Vice President of Corporate Services and Office Leasing for Divaris Real Estate, Inc. She began her commercial real estate career in 2001 and primarily focuses on office leasing, investment sales, and corporate real estate services.
She currently leases over 1,000,000 square feet of office space in Hampton Roads with owners ranging from REITs to individual local developers. This portfolio consists of large blocks of Class A office space in the Town Center of Virginia Beach and Class B and C office in suburban areas of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Suffolk. Krista also assists tenants in locating new premises. She represents both buyers and sellers in the acquisition and/or disposition of office and freestanding retail buildings throughout the market.
Krista has won numerous performance awards, including the Hampton Roads Commercial Alliance 2018 Silver Commercial Sales and Leasing Award, the Costar Group 2007-2015 Power Broker Award, Divaris Real Estate Employee of the Year 2005, Divaris Real Estate Community Service Award in 2011 for her work with The Up Center, and a Top Forty Under 40 honoree in 2014.
Krista holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and a Master's in Commercial Property (MICP) from The Lipsey School of Real Estate.
S.L Nusbaum Realty Co.
Ashley joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in June of 2015. She specializes in office and medical sales and leasing transactions within the brokerage division. She represents both tenants and property owners to identify, negotiate, and execute commercial transactions throughout the Hampton Roads metropolitan area.
Ashley is a graduate of the University of Virginia College of Arts and Sciences and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and a Master's of Public Health Degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School.

Christen manages The Franklin Johnston Group’s internal finances, including budgeting and strategic planning, treasury/banking, cash management, 401k investments, audit/tax, as well as any additional financial concerns relative to the corporation and its assets. Previously, she served as Vice President of Operations during a tremendous growth phase, when the Group assumed management of an additional 11,000 apartment units, doubling the portfolio. She was responsible for onboarding those assets and overseeing budgeting, policy creation, standardization and implementation, and collaborating on development projects. After several years working with Virginia General Assembly members, Christen joined The Franklin Johnston Group in March 2015 as Director of Corporate Strategy.
She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and received her MBA from The Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary. She currently serves on the Region 5 Board of GO Virginia, a bipartisan, business-led economic development initiative that is changing how Virginia’s diverse regions collaborate on economic and workforce development.
Old Dominion University
Professor Robert M. McNab currently serves as the Director of the Dragas Center for Economic Analysis and Policy in the Strome College of Business at Old Dominion University. He is a member of the Joint Advisory Board of Economists for the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s Survey of Professional Forecasters. Dr. McNab has worked on issues related to the allocation of public resources in more than 30 countries and all levels of government in the United States. He has been featured in the Associated Press, CNN, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Yahoo News, Yahoo Finance, Richmond Times-Dispatch, Virginian Pilot, Daily Press, and television and radio throughout Virginia. Dr. McNab joined the faculty of the Department of Economics in the Strome College of Business of Old Dominion University in July 2016 and previously was a member of the faculty of the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, from 2000 to 2016.

Geoff leads the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Hampton Roads Industrial Group, working alongside 10 industrial brokers in two offices. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial facilities throughout Southside Hampton Roads. Through procurement and marketing services, he has successfully represented local, national, and international clients within the region. Clients range from municipal agencies to nationally recognized REITs and global manufacturers, including Norfolk Southern Corporation, InLight Real Estate Partners, FedEx, Lidl, Equus Capital Partners, East Coast Appliance, Fastenal, Norfolk Marine Company, and others.
To date, Geoff has completed over 240 transactions totaling more than 5.18 million square feet valued at over $252 million. He is Vice President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Virginia Chapter. He also has specialized experience in the acquisition and disposition of investment-grade properties and is an active Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee.
A 2011 graduate of Old Dominion University and 2020 Hampton Roads Chamber LEAD Program Alumnus, he prides himself on collaborating with community stakeholders to promote economic development within the region.

As Executive Vice President at 7 Hills Advisors, Erica specializes exclusively in representing tenants and commercial users of space throughout the Mid-Atlantic. She joined the 7 Hills in 2021 after spending 17 years at Divaris Real Estate, Inc, where she represented landlords and tenants. Before her commercial real estate career, Erica was with Ernst & Young LLP in Atlanta, where she held positions in Mergers & Acquisitions and Transaction Advisory Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.
Erica’s previous work on behalf of landlords and developers includes pre-development and leasing of mixed-use town centers, power centers, and lifestyle centers, such as The Town Center of Virginia Beach, The Village at Valley Forge in King of Prussia, PA, Marketplace at Tech Center in Newport News, VA and 5th Street Station in Charlottesville, VA.
Erica has represented local, regional and national retailers on the tenant side, including Foot Locker, The Original Mattress Factory, Harbor Freight Tools, T-Mobile, Mooyah Burgers Fries, and Shakes, Saladworks, Conn’s HomePlus, Red Wing Shoes, and Ross Dress For Less, among others.
She is a licensed broker in Virginia and North Carolina and a licensed agent in Pennsylvania.

He is a principal owner of Rose & Womble Realty Company, one of Southeastern Virginia's largest Real Estate firms. Rose & Womble Realty is consistently ranked Number 1 in sales with over a billion dollars in residential real estate volume each year.
Van wears many hats within Rose & Womble Realty and the Hampton Roads community. In 2016, he was named the company's Chief Operating Officer in addition to his role in the New Homes Division.
As President of the New Homes Division for the past 30 years, Van and his team have marketed over 450 individual communities in Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina and sold over 30,000 new homes. Van oversees all aspects of neighborhood creation, including financing, planning, developing, and building throughout our region. The Rose & Womble New Homes Division has garnered numerous sales and marketing awards for excellence, from the National Association of Home Builders, Tidewater Builders Association, and Peninsula Housing and Builders Association.
