She has been investing in healthcare startups for a decade, currently running MEDA Angels, a healthcare angel investor group that she cofounded with a few physician investor colleagues.
She serves on the Investment Committee for the VA-based Health Innovation Consortium which provides funding recommendations to VCU Medical Center & Riverflow Growth Fund; she additional serves as an External Scientific Advisor to the National Cancer Institute's Tech Transfer Office and as an Advisor to various healthcare startup companies.

Laura Davis is an early stage investor interested in helping entrepreneurial life scientists translate their work from the bench to the marketplace. She currently leads the Boston chapter of Golden Seeds, a nationwide angel investor group that provides early stage and growth capital across all sectors to women entrepreneurs. She also co-leads the Golden Seeds National Health Care Group. Trained at Rockefeller University and the Whitehead Institute, she was a faculty member at Duke University Medical School and later at the Rosenstiel Center at Brandeis University, overseeing an active laboratory using molecular genetics to study cellular function and. She has authored numerous publications, has taught graduate and medical students, and was also involved in teaching molecular biology to the Knight science journalism Fellows at MIT. She served on the board of directors of Day Zero Diagnostics and at nonprofit Community Rowing Inc.

Dr. K. Monica Lee, a board-certified toxicologist, is an Associate Fellow and Manager of Biological Sciences Insights group at Altria, in charge of regulatory and foundational toxicology testing supporting reduced-risk product development, regulatory compliance and scientific engagement. Dr. Lee has extensive experiences in nonclinical in in vitro and in vivo models and published numerous peer-reviewed articles and presented diverse toxicological subjects including animal disease models, comparative and mechanistic toxicology, and pharmacokinetic modeling. Prior to joining ALCS, she served as the BioScience Director at the JT International, Sr. Toxicologist at Battelle Toxicology Northwest, and Postdoctoral fellow at Pacific Northwest National Laboratories. Her PhD is in Pharmacology/Toxicology from the University of Georgia. Dr. Lee builds and promotes the use of in silico and in vitro-based predictive toxicological tools, currently organizing the first New Alternative Methods symposium at CORESTA SSPT 2021 conference as a starting point for education, engagements and future collaborations.

Michele M. Oshman is Vice President for External Affairs at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) and serves as the Executive Director for the Council of State Bioscience Associations (CSBA). BIO is the world's largest trade association representing biotechnology companies, academic institutions, state biotechnology centers, and related organizations across the United States and over 30 countries worldwide. As the leader of CSBA, a confederation of independent state and territory-based, non-profit trade associations, she works to advance their mission to promote public understanding of, and advocate for public policies that support the responsible development of the bioscience industry. After starting her career as a clinical neuroscience researcher, Ms. Oshman had a successful 18-year career at Eli Lilly and Company, leading federal advocacy outreach before joining BIO in January 2020. Ms. Oshman holds a dual degree in Political Science and Communications from American University.

"Dana Sun is a Senior Associate at OCA Ventures, a Chicago-based venture capital firm that invests in innovative core tech, fintech, and healthcare companies across the nation. At OCA, Dana focuses on investments in digital health and technology, and was a member of the deal team for eBlu, OssoVR, and BioROSA.
Previously, Dana was a strategic finance associate at Genentech where she developed commercial strategy for global affiliates. Before that, she was a management consultant at Accenture and primarily advised Fortune 500 healthcare clients including providers, payers, and biopharma companies on business and technology transformations.
Dana earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and BSE in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the city with friends & family, playing tennis, and doing improv acting."
