How many people will be attending this event?
We are anticipating approximately 750 people in-person and 250 virtually.
I am unable to book my room at the hotel. How can I do this?
Before September 23rd – Please email vlisicki@charterschoolsusa.com. After September 23rd – The room block cut off for the National Education Institute was September 23rd. We are unable to accommodate the room block conference rate at the hotel. There are rooms still available at the conference hotel, but do know the rate is higher, along with the resort fee, tax, and parking. The hotel is blocked on Concur/CTM, so you will have to book directly with the hotel and put a credit card down. There are other available hotels nearby that can be booked through Concur/CTM.
How far is the event from Disney Springs?
A four-minute walk.
How do I extend my hotel stay?
Conference rates are available for three days post event. Please have your confirmation number and contact the hotel directly. Request to add additional days and that you will be self-paying.
Can I attend the New American Hero Awards Dinner?
This is by invitation only. All registered attendees are invited to attend the Gala from 8:00 – 11:30pm on Tuesday, November 1st.
