The DC Metropolitan Police Department is honored to host the 2025 Women’s Conference, INSPIRED: Women Connecting with a Purpose. As a national leader in advancing women within law enforcement, MPD is proud that approximately 24% of our sworn, 61% of our civilian and 45% of our Cadet Corps are women. This significant representation reflects our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment, encouraging the growth and leadership of women in every facet of law enforcement.
