Event Schedule:

The Mental Load
Friday, September 11th at 12:30 PM PST / 3:30 PM EST
This session will give you an understanding of mental health in the working parent. During this discussion, we will address anxiety and depression, two of the most common mental health conditions seen in new parents. You will become more aware of these conditions and learn strategies to manage them as well as when to seek help.

Schools in Session (Part 1)
Wednesday, September 30th at 12:30 PM PST / 3:30 PM EST
This session is a discussion broken out by the age group of your child. Your breakout room will discuss all of the struggles parents and children are facing right now with virtual learning, new school schedules and how to manage it all.

Schools in Session (Part 2)
Wednesday, October 21st at 12:30 PM PST / 3:30 PM EST
This is a second session that you can attend if you have children in a different age group. This way you can participate in more than one breakout group.

Where are Your Allies
Thursday, November 19th at 12:30 PM PST / 3:30 PM EST
This session will give you an understanding of how you can create a network of professional support that will assist you in your career before, during, and after parental leave.
