Is the program fully in-person, or are there virtual components?
Our plan is to maintain conference participation fully in-person.
What is the dress code?
Digipalooza’s dress code is smart casual. You’re welcome to wear comfortable attire like jeans, chinos, blouses, collared shirts, nice t-shirts, and casual shoes.
What health and safety measures does OverDrive have in place?
Your health and safety are our priority. As we convene in Cleveland, the health and safety of everyone who attends is our top priority. Be assured that Digipalooza will be held in a safe and clean environment. We’re carefully monitoring the latest health and safety guidance for large group gatherings from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). OverDrive requests that all attendees adhere to the Respiratory Virus Guidance set by the CDC.

What is the address of OverDrive’s Blue Sky campus?
Our address is 1 OverDrive Way, Cleveland, Ohio 44125. Our office is about 15 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and 20 minutes from the Huntington Convention Center. For our events on Tuesday, August 12, a shuttle will run from Blue Sky Campus to downtown hotel locations from 3:30-8:30pm.
When and where is the all-conference reception?
The all-conference reception will be held at the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio on Wednesday, August 13.
What is the hotel room cancellation policy?
Both hotel blocks close on July 18. Cancellation and refund policies are subject to each hotel’s terms and conditions:
Westin: Guests can cancel up to 48 hours before their arrival date without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge of one night’s room and tax.
Drury: Guests can cancel their reservation by 3 PM the day before arrival (24 hours prior) without penalty.

If I lose my ticket, where can I get a replacement?
If you no longer have access to your ticket, please email us at digipalooza2025@overdrive.com and we will assist you in getting a replacement ticket. If you lose your badge at the event, you can reprint it at the check-in kiosk on-site.
I’d like to bring my partner/spouse with me. They won’t be attending the conference, but they wanted to attend the after-hours events. Is there a discounted rate?
We welcome your partner or spouse to join our evening activities. Two ticket options are available for them:
- A $100 ticket that includes access to both the Welcome Reception on Tuesday and the All-Conference Reception at the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame on Wednesday.
- A $75 ticket for admission to the All-Conference Reception at the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame on Wednesday.
What is the group discount?

How do I download the event app?
Attendees will receive an email from Guidebook once the event app is available, which will include instructions on how to access and use the app. For any questions or issues accessing the Guidebook, please contact digipalooza2025@overdrive.com and we will be happy to help!
How do I let you know about my special dietary requirements?
If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance by filling out the dietary requirements question in the registration form. Our catering team will do their best to accommodate your needs, and we will provide alternative dish options for anyone with special dietary restrictions.
