What is the Refund Policy?

All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. On rare occasions, due to unforeseen emergencies, we may allow attendees with in-person tickets to downgrade their tickets to virtual tickets. Downgrading an in-person ticket to a virtual ticket must be requested by October 2, 2023 and submitted to our designated email address provided on the event website. The decision to approve the downgrade request and provide reimbursement for the cost difference between the in-person and virtual tickets is at our sole discretion. Downgrade requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed. Hans Biomed USA, Inc. reserves the right to deny any downgrade request without providing a reason. If a downgrade request is approved, the reimbursement for the cost difference will be processed within a reasonable time frame and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original ticket purchase. In addition, Hans Biomed shall not be responsible for expenses incurred by attendees on non-refundable airline tickets, related travel costs, claims for lost wages, or hotel accommodations in the event the summit is canceled or sold out or downgrade requests are approved. The summit agenda and instructors are subject to change.

I am not a United States Provider. Can I Still Attend the Summit?

Yes. MINT™ Lift Summit is open to all providers. We would love to connect with you virtually or in person, whichever works best for you!

I Registered for an In-person Attendee Ticket. Do I Get On-Demand Replay Access?

Yes. All attendees are provided with 6-month on-demand replay access to the MINT™ Lift Summit. The replay will be available 4 weeks following the event.

I am a Medical Staff, and I Don’t Have a Medical License Number. Can I Still Attend the Summit?

Yes. MINT™ Lift Summit is open to all medical staffs. Please input N/A in the field requesting your medical license number.

Will I Receive a Certificate of Attendance?

Yes. Upon completion of our post-event survey, you will be provided with your digital certificate of attendance through the email address you provided in the survey form.
