What are my travel dates?
- EMEA, APAC, U.S. Executives, Training Team & Speakers/Presenters ONLY : Arrival Sunday, January 7th (preferably after 12pm)
- North America Sales & Corporate Team Members, ONLY : Arrival Monday, January 8th (before 1pm)
- ALL DEPARTURES ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 10TH AFTER 12PM
How do I code my travel expenses?
- For those booking airfare, please use the Travel Airfare Expense GL 630010 with the Project Code 0034 Global Sales Meeting (GSM).
- For transportation, please use the Auto Expense GL 630020 with the Project Code 0034 Global Sales Meeting (GSM).
When do I need to register?
The last day to register for GSM is November 27th. Please register as soon as possible.
What are the accommodation arrangements?
You’ll be booked a hotel room at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel with a check-in date of the one requested on your registration form and a check-out date of January 10th. Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is scheduled for 11am. ALL guests must check-out on January 10th by 11am. Please have your ID and a credit card for incidentals ready at check in. If any changes need to be made to your hotel accommodations, please let us know via the form at the bottom of this page.
How do I get to/from the hotel/airport?

How do I book my travel?
EMEA: Your international flights will be booked through our selected agency for a Sunday, Jan. 7th arrival and a Wednesday, Jan. 10th departure, unless otherwise noted. For any questions, please reach out to Jolene Van der Westhuizen directly at jvanderwesthuizen@hydrafacial.com.
North America: Through Concur
When do I need to book my travel by?
Please book travel as soon as possible to get the best rates, no later than November 27th.
Where is onsite event check-in?
Onsite event check-in will be held in the foyer of General Session Ballroom. Please make your way here after you check in to the hotel to receive your badge and agenda for the week. Onsite check-in will be open from 10am-2pm.
For EMEA Attendees: How do I book special travel arrangements?
- For flights: If you’d like to extend or otherwise personalize your stay, kindly submit your special request to Good Travel for further arrangements no later than Wednesday, November 15th, at hydrafacial@good-travel.co.uk Please cc Jolene Van der Westhuizen on all submissions.
