All invited companies are allowed up to four attendees. This can include four employees or each of the two employees can attend with a significant other or family member. We ask that all guests be at least 16 years of age. If you have additional questions regarding who can attend, please contact your Magid sales representative.

Yes, attendees will receive a certificate to show proof of attendance and hours completed that can be submitted towards earning CEU points. For more information on the Board of Certified Safety Professional certification requirements, CLICK HERE.

Yes, when you register to attend the Summit, please indicate if you will need a room during your visit. Hotel room, taxes, and overnight parking (if applicable) will be covered by Magid.

Airport Shuttle from O’Hare

The Westin O’Hare provides daily complimentary shuttle service to and from O’Hare International Airport for our guests. Shuttles run every 20 minutes.
The Bus/Shuttle Center is the central pickup location for the shuttles and regional buses.

For activities held at the Westin O’Hare, Magid will provide parking validations for all daily parking at the Welcome Reception (Sunday, August 27) and All-Day Training Seminar (Monday, August 28).

Overnight parking will be included with hotel folio bill, covered by Magid.
Local guest attending the Chicago Odyssey River Cruise (Monday, August 28) and the Chicago Cubs Game (Tuesday, August 29) are welcome to ride the provided transportation to both events.

A bus will be available on Tuesday for local attendees that will return back to Magid after the game.

FREE remote parking is available at 3900 N. Rockwell St, just east of the Chicago River and accessed from Irving Park Road. This lot includes FREE Shuttle Service to/from Wrigley Field. Services begin two and a half hours before first pitch and returning shuttles board post-game and run approximately one hour after the end of the game.

Attire is business causal, but you will not feel out of place in jeans, shorts, t-shirt or a baseball team jersey. We want you to make yourself at home!

For safety reasons, we do ask that you wear closed-toe shoes while touring Magid’s warehouse and manufacturing facility.

After the Summit, we will be taking attendees staying at The Westin back to the hotel to freshen up before leaving for the game at 4:30 pm.
