FAQ

Where is the event being held?

We’re excited to host this year’s event at Roadrunner, which is within walking distance from parking garages, restaurants, shops, and more.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is Smart Business Casual — dress comfortably but professionally. This is an indoor event and there will be minimal walking. Boston in June is likely to be warm during the day but can cool down at night, so be sure to pack appropriately!

Is the venue located close to a VHB office?

Yes, the venue is close to VHB’s Boston and Watertown offices. If you plan to visit or work in the office during your stay, be sure to make accommodations in advance.

What are the details for the post-meeting, social event?

The social event will be hosted at the same venue. Entertainment, food, and beverages will be provided. Immediately following the event there will be a break and cocktail hour while the space is being transformed.

How do I make my hotel reservation?

Robert Arnold-Simons will be coordinating hotel reservations. Please indicate in your registration if you need a hotel room.

Will there be transportation provided to and from the event?

Yes, if you are staying at one of the hotels where VHB has blocks of rooms for the event, there will be bus transportation to and from Roadrunner. Buses will pick up attendees at each hotel in the morning and provide transportation from the Roadrunner to hotels in the evening after the social event. If you are not staying for the social event, you will need to coordinate transportation back to your hotel. Uber and Lyft are great options!

If I am driving to the event, is there parking?

Roadrunner does not have a dedicated parking area, but there are plenty of paid parking garages nearby. The three most convenient options are the garages at 71 Guest Street, 40 Guest Street, and 80 Guest Street.

How do I get to the venue using public transportation?

Roadrunner is located at 89 Guest St., Boston, MA 02135. Via public transportation, Take the Framingham/Worcester commuter rail line to Boston Landing or MBTA bus 57, 86, or 64. The Allston St and Harvard Ave stops of the B Green Line are approximately a 15 minute walk away. For more information visit www.mbta.com.

Who do I contact for questions?

For event logistics and general questions, contact Julia Kritikos or Nicole Fresolo. For hotel/travel-related questions, contact Robert Arnold-Simons.
